Text Box: Hi Aunty Barbara & Uncle Jim,

Dasher speaking!!! But you know that!!! Heehee. Mommy told me to get on here and write you a little story about how I have been doing for the past three weeks. She even taught me how to use the keyboard. Cool huh?

My new mom is really cool. My first day home she made me feel so special. I was a little scared when Uncle Jim hugged me and kissed me then got in the car and left. But as soon as Uncle Jim was gone she took me into the house. She picked me up and put me in her lap and talked to me. She told me everything would be just fine. And she was right!!

I have 5 really cool playmates. Mysty and Sassy are Sable Collie girls! I love girls. I am still trying to decide which one is goanna be my girlfriend. Kaceman is a sable male Collie and is kind of cool. He is the boss around here. Dakota is a tri Collie and is a rescue just like me! We have something in common. Sera is a Whippet. She runs really fast.

Momma takes all of us for a long walk around the neighborhood once a week. She brushes me every day and gives me doggie cookies if I am a good boy. I really like it here.........I miss my old home but this place is cool.........I love playing outside. Mysty showed me that is extremely cool to chase squirrels. I love doing it but I can only run a short distance before my legs get tired. But I love it anyway.

Mommy said that I am a very lucky boy. She said that I am one of the best puppies she has ever had. I love cuddling with her in bed. She says my fur keeps her warm. I use the blankie and she uses my fur.

I gotta go.......Time for bed... I love you Aunty Barbara and Uncle Jim

Dear Barbara

Dasher has so many special qualities. He is such a sweet boy with a big heart. He has lots of love to share. He is settling in very quickly and is learning the new routine. He wakes me up every morning by standing over me and barking right in my ear! I don't even bother to set my alarm. He wakes me up 5 minutes before it goes off anyway! I like that!!

He is very special to me. I love him sooo much. I cannot thank you enough for letting me adopt him. He is a dream come true. I have been dreaming of a White Collie for 6 years and just when I thought that my dream would never become a reality, I told you. And you mentioned Dasher. Words cannot express how I felt the day you told me I could have him. It brought tears to my eyes knowing my dream had finally come true. When I first saw Dasher as he stepped out of Jim's car, I fell in love. I knew we would become fast friends. And I was right! He is my special man.

I love him dearly. I will cherish him forever. I love you Barbara. And I am looking forward to meeting you in December. It will be an exciting weekend!
