Text Box: Thank you for giving me the opportunity to meet your husband and speak with you for those few weeks. Both of you are amazing people and I just wish there were more people out there like yourselves or someone at least willing to help in some way. I honestly believe someone had a hand in helping me to get Justice. I had no intention of ever getting another dog, because I was so distraught after the death of my beloved dog Jessie who died April 8th of heart failure. Jessie was a boxer and I had no plans of ever getting another boxer to replace her.
One day I got on my computer to look up some information on dogs and their medical conditions and I came across rescue dogs. Because I have a sheltie and a collie I decided to check out some sites. I was shocked to see so many rescue places on collies. I always believed in some special way they were beyond ever being abused or neglected. I saw so many movies of Lassie and other collies on TV, I just thought they were unique, MY MISTAKE! I attempted to check out the Collie Rescue of New England, because I live in Massachusetts and was unable to get to the site for a couple of days. I decided I would try other places and stumbled upon Collie Rescue of Mississippi. I was amazed at the different stories and how horrifying it was to see these loving dogs mistreated and neglected. After reading some of these and seeing the dogs, I just knew that I had to help one of these collies. I filled out an application and within a week Barbara notified me that I was accepted. She told me that she had a special dog named Justice for me and my family.
My husband and I picked him up in New Jersey May 18th and he is the most lovable, sweetest dog I have ever encountered from a rescue place. He is so happy here playing with his two sisters and two cats. Justice especially loves to play tag with our indoor cat Scotch. They run up and downstairs all the time. Justice enjoys playing tug a war with his sister Sadie, the collie. At night they all sleep in bed with my husband and I.
We love Justice so much and wanted to tell you once again Thank you for giving him to us.

PS—Justice wanted me to tell you both, Thank You for his new home.
